kalopsia magazine is a youth-run indie magazine for the weird, the whimsical, and the wondrous. “kalopsia” means the belief that things are more beautiful than they are—so give us beauty: the idealized, the mundane, the raw, the things you find beautiful even when no one else does.
we publish for free regardless of age, experience, background, and identity—we want to make publication accessible to everyone. we accept poetry, prose, essays, short stories, traditional and digital art, and photography.
